Welcome to the EGEE South-East-Europe Federation site. EGEE-SEE is a federation joining the established and nascent national GRID initiatives of Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Romania, Serbia and Turkey under the umbrella of the EGEE (Enabling Grid for ESciencE) project. This website provides information relating to the regional GRID operations, supported by the EGEE-SEE Regional Operations Centre (ROC); as well as GRID training events, conferences, symposia and related events.

The Regional Operations Center site functions as the entry point for GRID users wishing to use the GRID as well as for the Resource Centers (RCs) wishing to join the GRID by dedicating their resources.

The EGEE-SEE ROC also provides support for the SEE-GRID project, in terms of Grid operations in other Balkan countries, supporting specifically smaller sites and pilot applications within a pilot SEE-GRID infrastructure
